What it does

Blocks Claude Code from ending a session until deterministic quality and learning-capture checks pass.

When to use it

Use when Claude should be mechanically prevented from declaring work finished before quality and learning-capture checks pass.

On a Claude Code Stop event, it checks the session and returns warnings or blocking reasons through the hook response.
