The bkt CLI must be available to perform Bitbucket Cloud and Data Center operations.

Operations require a Bitbucket Cloud service or Data Center instance.

Authenticated operations require credentials for a Bitbucket Cloud or Data Center host.

A Data Center PAT with Repository Read/Write and Project Read permissions is verified against the remote host.
