Requires Node.js 22.20 or newer.
Enables wallet-backed paid requests when no compatible wallet command override is configured.
Optionally reads an API key from the environment instead of saved credentials; anonymous use does not require it.
Optionally reads a plaintext per-origin API key from the credentials directory for prepaid calls.
