The dependency-roll workflow runs the update script with Node.js.

Release preparation uses gh to retrieve pull requests and issues and to create the release pull request.

Release preparation requires a local Playwright checkout at ~/code/playwright.

Publishing a release requires GitHub access that can push the branch and open the pull request.
