The core script always requires python3 at runtime.

The Noiz backend reads NOIZ_API_KEY from the environment when it is set.

As an alternative authentication path, the script loads the Noiz API key from ~/.noiz_api_key.

The skill describes speak.sh as a wrapper around the tts skill; whether separate installation is required is unstated.
