The tmeet command-line tool must be available; the skill checks for it and installs it when absent.
npm is required when the skill needs to install the Tencent Meeting CLI automatically.
Python 3 runs the mandatory agent initialization script before any tmeet command.
A logged-in Tencent Meeting account is required for commands other than the documented unauthenticated exceptions.
