Authenticated CLI operations use refreshable Signin credentials stored by default in a protected user-level file.

The vertc CLI is required for project creation, authentication, demo execution, automated diagnosis, and offline error lookup, but not consultation.

Running the web demo requires an available RTC application and an activated RTC service.
