Requires the cline CLI to be installed and authenticated.
Requires Node 18 or later to run the relay.
Interactive Cline sign-in is one authentication path; an API key or OpenAI-compatible base URL can be configured instead.
An Anthropic API key can authenticate Cline as an alternative to interactive sign-in.
