What it does

Delegates a bounded coding task to Pi, reviews its changes, verifies them, and commits the accepted result.

When to use it

Use when the user explicitly wants implementation delegated to Pi, except for work small enough to do directly.

Give it an implementation request and a target project; Pi changes the working tree, then the orchestrator reviews, verifies, and commits it.
