Analyzes a video by downloading or resolving it, extracting frames and captions, transcribing audio when needed, and answering questions about its content.
When to use it
Use it when the user provides a supported video URL, a local video file, or invokes `/watch` with a source and question.
Give it a video URL or local path and optionally a question; it returns an answer or summary grounded in extracted frames and timestamped transcript.

Python 3 is required to run the bundled scripts; use `python3` on macOS/Linux and `python` on Windows.
ffmpeg must be available for frame extraction and audio extraction.
ffprobe must be available as part of the required binaries.
yt-dlp must be available to download videos and retrieve native captions from URLs.
