Requires a target Google Cloud project in a location where the Managed Agents API is supported.

Uses gcloud to obtain the access token placed in ACCESS_TOKEN.

Reads a bearer access token from ACCESS_TOKEN; the instructions derive it from Application Default Credentials using gcloud.
