What it does

Manage Alibaba Cloud Model Studio resources and workflows through the `bl` CLI.

When to use it

Use when the user names Bailian, DashScope, or `bl`, or continues an existing `bl` workflow.

Give it a Bailian resource operation; it selects the relevant `bl` command and returns the CLI result.

The `bl` CLI binary must already be available.

A Bailian account is needed for Bailian resource operations.

The workflow requires reading bailian-protocol before execution; if it is missing, the files instruct the agent to stop and run `bl skill init`.

OpenAPI Access Key ID and Access Key Secret are needed for the OpenAPI authentication path.
