The repository environment must be prepared with `uv sync --all-extras` or the smallest relevant documented extra.

Stages 1–3 require CUDA/NVIDIA driver availability and enough VRAM.

Docker is required for Stage 5 deployment.

The NeMo Export-Deploy container is required for TensorRT export; the default Nemotron 3 Embed profile skips export.
