Node.js 22.18.0 or higher is required at build time, though generated output can target older Node.js versions.
The experimental CSS pipeline requires @tsdown/css.
@tsdown/exe enables experimental cross-platform standalone executable bundling.
rolldown-plugin-wasm enables WebAssembly module support.
