The Tigris CLI must be available before the workflow begins.
Supplies the source AWS access key to the Tigris migration configuration.

Application code reads the Tigris access key from AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID or TIGRIS_STORAGE_ACCESS_KEY_ID.
