Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Lightlines AI, Inc. ("Lightlines", "we", "us"), 2810 North Church Street, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. They cover your use of the Lightlines website at https://lightlines.ai, the Lighter app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use Lightlines
You must be 16 or older to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the Skills, files, comments and other content you add to the Service.
You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service, including showing it to the people you share it with or, if you make it public, to anyone.
You confirm that you have the rights to the content you add, and that it does not break the law or the rights of others.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Upload malware or anything designed to harm people, devices or systems.
- Try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Disrupt, overload or attack the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or to harass anyone.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Third-party content
The Service may show content from others, including Skills published by other users or collected from public sources such as GitHub. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Review a Skill before you use it.
The Service
We are improving the Service all the time and may change or discontinue features. The Service is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you before you are charged.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal reasons.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lightlines is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page and tell account holders by email. If a change needs your agreement, we will ask you to accept it before you continue using the Service.
