Creates reproducible counterparty master-agreement drafts from a template and JSON specification, with role-selected clauses and a controlled Schedule A notice workflow.

Use when issuing framework agreements with shared terms and counterparty-specific fields, adding deals over time, or needing reproducible documents and stable signature layouts.
How to use it
Give it an operator-reviewed agreement template and counterparty JSON specification; it produces labeled draft Markdown and, by default, a matching DOCX.

Requires Node version 18 or later; the builder has no Node package dependencies.
Requires installed pandoc for the default DOCX build; explicitly selecting Markdown-only mode bypasses it.
