What it does
Orchestrate plan tasks through dependency-aware parallel subagents until they are completed, validated, committed, and logged.
When to use it
Use only when the user explicitly invokes the /parallel-task-spark command.
How to use it
Give it a markdown plan file, optionally with task IDs; it delegates the tasks, validates and commits them, and updates the plan with logs.
