Use when connecting an agent to external APIs or MCP servers, configuring outbound credentials, restricting tools, or troubleshooting gateway authorization.
How to use it
Ask to connect your agent; it asks what you are connecting to and provides a recommended integration, setup commands, and client code.

Requires the agentcore CLI version 0.9.0 or later; older versions must be updated before proceeding.
For API-key authentication, the recommended interactive prompt sends the supplied key directly into the Secrets Manager-backed credential provider.
