Requires uv to run the project workflow renderer; if uv is unavailable, reports the failure and stops.
Requires BMad to be set up in the project, including the workflow-rendering script under _bmad/scripts/.
The git evidence script requires Python 3.11 or newer.
Delegates the epic's diff-scope review to this skill; it is not required because an explicitly narrowed inline review is provided.
