Requires an Azure AI Speech resource; configure its region or a full custom TTS endpoint alongside the key.
Uses the azure_tts provider tool exposed through OpenMontage, either through tts_selector or directly.
Reads the Speech resource key from the environment, paired with AZURE_SPEECH_REGION or the alternative AZURE_TTS_ENDPOINT configuration.
