Publish cyrus-core for testing, not production.
What it does
Publishes test prereleases of cyrus-core and, when needed, claude-runner to npm without changing the production release tag.
When to use it
Use when testing a Cyrus change across CYPACK and CYHOST that requires the hosted GUI to install unreleased cyrus-core code.
How to use it
Give it the Cyrus repository to release for testing; it publishes the test packages to npm and returns installation instructions.
