dbs-knowledge

Builds and maintains a searchable local-folder knowledge base with navigation, source-backed answers, version rules, and structural checks.

When to use it

Use when the user wants to build, query, update, organize, or streamline a local knowledge base.

Give it a local folder and a knowledge-base request; it audits the material, seeks confirmation for broader changes, and creates or maintains the folder's navigation and agent entry rules.
