Updates the official dbskill installation while preserving user records and unrelated skills.
When to use it
Use when the user explicitly requests a dbskill update or replies 1 immediately after a dbskill update reminder; version-only questions do not trigger an update.
How to use it
Give it a request to update dbskill; it updates the detected installation channels and reports whether the update succeeded.
