Requires an existing OpenPipeline ingest endpoint before sending events; the default third-party monitors Monaco bundle provisions external.tests.
Authenticates to Dynatrace through the Authorization header with openpipeline.events.custom scope, as an alternative to a Platform Token or OAuth token.
Provides the alternative authentication path with openpipeline:events.custom:ingest scope; the Authorization header accepts Bearer authentication.
