Live cluster querying requires CLI version 0.2 or later with Elasticsearch and Kibana contexts on the same cluster; analysis of supplied evidence can proceed without cluster access.
Live querying requires Elasticsearch 8.11 or later, or Serverless. Newer ES|QL features have documented fallbacks; supplied-evidence analysis does not require cluster access.
