Turn a GitHub issue tree into reviewed code.
Implements the descendants of a GitHub issue in parallel and prepares reviewed pull requests for merging, with automatic merging available by explicit opt-in.
When to use it
Use when asked to implement an issue tree or all its descendant issues in parallel.
Give it a parent issue number in a repository; it implements descendant issues and creates reviewed pull requests, stopping before merging by default.
What you provide
Requires an installed, authenticated GitHub CLI. Its minimum supported version is unconfirmed; the documented live API verification used gh 2.102.0.
Requires external jq 1.5 or later for all modes of the PR observation script; gh's built-in jq does not replace it.
