What it does
Sets up automated pull-request reviews, repository-specific review criteria, CI gates, and merge protection in GitHub repositories.
When to use it
Use when asked to install repository or CI guards, configure branch protection, introduce ai-review, or prepare AGENTS.md review criteria.
How to use it
Give it cloned repositories, their owner/repo names, and their visibility; it installs the guards through sequential setup PRs and GitHub configuration changes.

Requires GitHub CLI authentication with administrator permission on the target repositories and access to Fandhe-AI/actions.
Requires a dedicated self-hosted runner for the ai-review review job; private repositories also use self-hosted runners for ordinary CI jobs.
