Salesforce CLI version 2.67.0 or later enables the optional work-item creation workflow; analysis of a supplied payload needs no CLI.
The optional work-item workflow's shared prerequisite checks require the Agentforce DX plugin to be installed.
Optional work-item creation requires an authenticated Salesforce org and an active connection to the DevOps Center org.
