What it does
Localizes existing React or Angular Salesforce UI Bundles by extracting interface text into Custom Labels, connecting runtime translation loading, and checking rendering across languages.
When to use it
Use to extract hardcoded interface strings, add another language, wire runtime localization, or troubleshoot labels in authenticated B2E and B2C UI Bundles; B2B bundles are excluded.
How to use it
Give it an existing UI Bundle to localize; it asks you to confirm detected strings and proposed label keys before editing the labels and translation calls.

Requires Salesforce CLI version 2.0.0 or later.
Must already be installed at version 11.49.3 or later and aligned with the UI Bundle and framework build-plugin siblings.
