Activates an existing messaging channel through REST and verifies that its deployment status and active flag reach the live state.
When to use it
Use to activate an already-inserted Enhanced messaging channel headlessly, rather than perform its complete setup.
How to use it
Give it an existing MessagingChannel ID; it activates the channel in the target org and reports success, a no-op, or failure.
