Python 3 runs the bundled latest-version lookup script.
Enables structured CLI lookups and Kit-scoped searches; fa kit operations require version 0.8.0 or newer. Python scripts provide unscoped lookups without it.
After the user accepts the offer to add the recommended icon, invokes /add-icon with its name and any supplied location; it is not needed for the recommendation itself.
