Installs npm dependencies on a container-local filesystem and links them into the workspace to avoid native-binary crashes.
When to use it
Use when installing or reinstalling sandbox dependencies, when package manifests change, or when native binaries crash or node_modules is missing.
How to use it
Give it a sandbox project; it installs dependencies locally, symlinks node_modules into the workspace, and verifies supported native binaries.
