Creates coordinated illustrations for the sections of an article that benefit from visual explanation.
When to use it
Use when the user asks to illustrate an article or add images to it.
How to use it
Give it an article; it asks you to confirm illustration settings, then saves images and inserts their references into the article.

Delegates rendering to imagegen when it is listed in the runtime and backend selection has not been explicitly overridden; other backends can complete the workflow.
Uses baoyu-image-gen when selected as the backend, and prefers it for the Codex CLI route when installed; it is not required for every route.
