Plan local workloads around real resource limits.
Measures local resource inventory and process limits to produce a redacted JSON snapshot and conservative workload plans.
When to use it
Use when the user requests resource detection or a specific local workload needs resource planning.
Ask it to inspect available local resources; it returns a JSON snapshot on stdout by default and can derive conservative workload plans.
Requires Python 3.11+ on Linux, macOS, or Windows; the default detector uses the standard library.
Optional psutil 7.2.2 improves cross-platform physical-core, affinity, available-memory, swap, and disk observations; detection works without it.
