Python runs the editing scripts and command-line tools; the shown instructions specify no Python version.
The JianYing application is used to open generated drafts. On macOS, MP4 export must be performed manually in the application; automatic MP4 export uses Windows UI Automation.
The optional computer-vision exposure-alignment example imports cv2 to read frames and convert their color space.
