What it does
Creates a custom cmux sidebar from the user's description, with live workspace information and working navigation.
When to use it
Use when the user requests a custom sidebar showing workspaces, tabs, pull requests, or a clock, or work involving cmux sidebar files.
How to use it
Give it a description of the sidebar you want; it writes a sidebar file, selects it in cmux, and verifies its live data and interactions.
