What it does
Creates and edits images, videos, and speech, and answers questions about media through Bailian.
When to use it
Use for media generation, editing, transcription, and understanding; simple image questions can stay with the host when it can answer directly and the user has not requested Bailian.
How to use it
Give it a media creation or understanding request; it returns generated files or an interpretation, asking once for provider consent when the user has not named one.
