What it does
Searches your LLM Wiki knowledge base, retrieves pages, explores their connections, and refreshes source indexing on request.
When to use it
Use when the user explicitly refers to LLM Wiki, their wiki or knowledge base, wiki pages or graphs, source re-indexing, or a wiki project; not for generic notes searches.
How to use it
Give it a question about your wiki; it searches relevant pages and returns an answer citing their paths.

Requires the desktop app installed and running with its local HTTP API enabled at 127.0.0.1:19828; the documented contract matches app version 0.4.10+.
Uses the environment token when set, overriding the Settings token; this is an alternative authentication source, not an additional credential.
Alternatively uses the token saved through Settings → API Server; the agent's retrieval method is unstated. Neither token is needed in user-opted-in unauthenticated mode.
