Use after deploying a disaggregated or multi-node recipe, before reporting performance, or when serving problems suggest a fabric issue.
How to use it
Give it a deployment's recipe directory and worker pod; it reports transport configuration, fabric capabilities, and whether NIXL reachability remains unvalidated.
