Enable high-speed fiber ports on Jetson Thor.
What it does
Creates a committed kernel device-tree overlay that enables Jetson Thor fiber-network controllers with the selected speed and PHY wiring.
When to use it
Use to enable QSFP or 10G/1G fiber, configure MGBE PHY mode, or investigate a configured controller that is missing or reports DOWN or NO-CARRIER.
How to use it
Give it a prepared Jetson BSP project and a fiber-network configuration request; it asks per-controller questions and produces a committed overlay with a run-state sidecar.
