What it does
Flashes a promoted BSP image onto a Jetson device using the image's in-tree NVIDIA flashing tools.
When to use it
Use after promoting the desired customizations into the BSP image, or for a standalone re-flash without further promotion changes.
How to use it
Give it a prepared BSP image and connected Jetson; it resolves the flashing plan, asks for explicit acceptance, and flashes the device.
