What it does
Finetunes an MR-brain diffusion model on user-supplied MRI volumes and produces a checkpoint with a machine-readable run summary.
When to use it
Use for research finetuning on T1, T2, FLAIR, SWI, or MRA NIfTI data, not clinical interpretation or production-data approval.
How to use it
Give it MRI volumes, their datalist, a data root, and an output directory; it produces a finetuned checkpoint and run summary, with preflight available before training.
