Summarizes one recorded video into a narrative, with timestamped events when the LVS backend is reachable.
When to use it
Use for recorded-video summaries, not live RTSP captioning, report generation, or archive search.
How to use it
Give it a recorded video to summarize; it collects scenario and events before returning the LVS summary, or uses a generic VLM fallback.

What you need · 3
The primary workflow needs the lvs profile running on HOST_IP at port 38111; a reachable VLM/RT-VLM endpoint can substitute as a fallback.
The workflow obtains the stream, timeline, and temporary MP4 clip URL from VIOS; the chosen backend must be able to fetch that URL.
