Creates and repairs animated Codex pets, delivering validated spritesheets, visual previews, and a packaged custom pet.

Use when the user wants a custom Codex pet, a company-inspired mascot, or a complete animated pet atlas.
How to use it
Ask for a custom pet, optionally supplying a concept or references; it creates and reviews the animations, packages pet.json and spritesheet.webp, and reports their paths.
