Python 3.9 or newer enables the bundled standard-library scanner; equivalent repository searches are permitted when it is unavailable.
The Parallel SDK reads PARALLEL_API_KEY from the environment. Local migration can proceed without live verification; a live smoke test requires an available key and explicit authorization.
