Opens requested Logfire views or returns links without first querying telemetry, except when an unknown trace must be found.

Use for requests to open Logfire's UI, browser views, live views, links, or Explore pages.
How to use it
Give it a Logfire view request; it opens the requested view in the in-app browser or returns its URL when browser opening is unavailable or not requested.
