Ask for agent-linked commits, optionally specifying a branch, repository, or limit; it returns a newest-first list with session context.

The main workflow needs an agentmemory MCP connection exposing memory_commits; troubleshooting provides a REST fallback if MCP remains unavailable.
Enables the alternative REST fallback through the host's explicit secret; loopback requests may instead load the secret from ~/.agentmemory/.env or ~/.agentmemory/secret. The secret must not be displayed or saved.
