Requires an available agentmemory connection exposing memory_save; troubleshooting checks the daemon and its enabled tools.
The REST fallback uses the host's explicit bearer secret. For loopback URLs only, it can instead read ~/.agentmemory/.env and then ~/.agentmemory/secret; the secret must not be displayed or saved.
