For REST recovery when MCP tools remain unavailable, uses the host's explicit bearer credential before trying local credential files.
For loopback REST recovery without an explicit host secret, reads ~/.agentmemory/.env and then ~/.agentmemory/secret as fallback credential sources; forbids displaying the value or sending it to a remote URL.
